re-designing the delivery bag for a smoother delivery experience
My mother's baking studio served as inspiration for this project. After assisting her with baking and closely observing the process, I realized that a better delivery system was required to accommodate the baker, delivery person, and customer.
"How can we safely deliver as many cakes as possible without squishing them in as few trips as possible?"

interviewing baker & delivery partner
After speaking with the delivery partner, I noticed that the current delivery bag for food was something that every delivery person had. So, rather than devising a new solution to the problem, I chose to include the bag into my workflow and work around it.

After interviewing the baker and the delivery person and understanding their dynamics, I discovered that my problem statement was too broad and
that I needed to narrow it down.
updated problem statement
"How can we adapt the delivery bag to meet the needs of the baker and the limitations of the delivery person?"
limitations

only 1/2 to 1 kg cakes
